Phulashree Foundation was set up at Delhi on 14 April 2010 by Smt. Phullara Nayak as Founder President, to work for the development and empowerment of people through art, heritage, culture, health, education and sustainable development — across India and abroad.

The founders of Phulashree Foundation
The Trust is named for and inspired by the lives of Late Phullara Nayak and Late Srihari Nayak — educators and public servants whose life's work in teaching, writing and public administration continues through the Trust.
