Formation of the Trust
PHULASHREE FOUNDATION trust was set up at Delhi on 14 April 2010, by Shrimati Phullara Nayak w/o Shri Srihari Nayak as the Founder President. The other founding trustees were Shri Srihari Nayak, S/o Late Shri Sanyasi Ch. Nayak; Shrimati Alpana Nayak, W/o Shri Sundeep Kumar Nayak; Shrimati Sujata Swapna Rout, W/o Shri Sudhakar Rout; Shrimati Sujata Ratna Agrawal, W/o Shri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal; Shri Sudhakar Rout, S/o Late Shri Birabar Rout; and Shri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal, S/o Late Shri Sriram Agrawal.
The trustees formed the Trust as a Public Charitable Trust for the development and empowerment of people in Art, Heritage, Culture, Dance, Music, Sustainable Development, Inclusive Growth, Social, Educational and Physical Fitness activities.

Our Purpose
The Trust exists to promote the welfare, development and enrichment of scientific pursuit, heritage, music, art, dance, archaeology and culture, alongside sustained work in medical relief, education, social welfare and sustainable development. Our Founders
